Artists rarely exist in a vacuum. Art is a conversation, an expression. Without a response, those initial statements or questions hang in silence... Of course, being expressive, artists continue creating. Other human interaction, daily events, life itself--all serve as stimulus to generate ideas and new work. However, it is these precious moments of dialogue that literally make sparks fly! When art triggers conversation and interchange, it steps into its own. In a sense, the art comes alive creating and forming new art.
